Arizona Beer Week - February 13-23, 2025 learn more
Beauty is in the eye of the beer-holder and at 7,000 ft. Flagstaff has world-class, award-winning brews with astonishing views.
Nothing pairs better with crisp mountain air and high country views than a cold brew.
Crafted with Altitude
This city has a thriving microbrewery scene with numerous establishments crafting unique and flavorful beers. For something on the sweeter side, hit the Drinking Horn Meadery on Route 66. Mead is fermented with honey and water resulting in a taste that's unlike anything you've experienced before. Lumberyard Brewing Company and Beaver Street Brewery offer a wide range of brews, and it's not just about beer – their food menus are just as impressive, featuring gourmet burgers and creative pub fare. Stop by Mother Road Brewery and Flagstaff Brewing Company as you trek along the iconic Route 66. Or get away from the buzz of downtown and take a detour to Wanderlust Brewing Company located on the east side of town. These are just a few of the eight great breweries right here in your own backyard. Pick up a FREE Flagstaff Brewery Trail Passport at the Visitor Center or download it online as you embark on your journey to try them all! While you’re at it, save the date for one of the upcoming Arizona Beer Week events occurring every February.
Designated as a leading Arizona Craft Beer City, this mountain town boasts eight craft breweries and a legacy of crafting fermented delights that invite visitors to revel in this frothy tradition. At several locations, patrons can taste beers brewed just steps away and can even chat with the brewer themself over a pint. Many of Flagstaff’s breweries are tapping up award-winning ales and getting national recognition with honors from the World Beer Championships and the Great American Beer Festival.
