Montezuma Castle National Monument

Montezuma Castle is one of the best-preserved American Indian cliff dwellings in the United States. Only one hour south of Flagstaff, the trail to view this important prehistoric site is flat and easy with no climbing. Federal park passes accepted. Open year-round. Closed Christmas.
