Established in 1993 by DeeAnn Tracy, a second-generation herbalist and outdoor enthusiast, Peak Scents was born out of a deep connection to the natural world. Exposed to the elements as a river guide and adventurer, DeeAnn's skin needed special care. Refusing to turn to chemical-laden products, she drew upon her knowledge as an herbalist to create holistic skincare that marries the wisdom of nature with scientific innovation. At Peak Scents, our mission is clear: to provide clean and effective skincare. We're passionate about crafting products that are not only plant-based, but also sustainable, non-toxic, and cruelty-free. Our sunscreens and balms are eco-friendly, respecting the delicate balance of reef and water ecosystems. We pride ourselves on responsible ingredient sourcing, ensuring the integrity of every product. You'll never find synthetic fragrances, dyes, or preservatives in our formulas. Instead, we use botanicals, vitamins, essential oils, non-toxic preservatives, and premium collagen-boosting ingredients, like peptides, alpine rose stem cells, green tea, aloe, vitamin C, and hyaluronic acid. It's a testament that clean beauty can be just as effective. Our commitment extends to sustainability, offering refill options for skincare and featuring non-toxic household products from Desert Refillery.
