The City of Flagstaff Sustainability Office invites you to celebrate Earth Day with us!
** UPDATE as of 4/18/25: The 2025 Earth Day Celebration is Cancelled ** The City of Flagstaff Sustainability Office regrets to announce the cancellation of this year’s Earth Day Celebration, originally scheduled for Saturday, April 19th at Bushmaster Park, out of an abundance of caution and a continued commitment to protecting the health and safety of our volunteers, participants, exhibitors, and staff. While we know this is disappointing, we deeply appreciate your ongoing support and encourage you to honor Earth Day in your own way — through a neighborhood cleanup, planting native species, or reducing personal waste. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to celebrating together next year. For questions, please contact Steven Thompson at 928-213-2144 or steven.thompson@flagstaffaz.gov. The City of Flagstaff hosts an annual Earth Day Celebration to bring together all members of our community. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for local organizations to show community members ways they can get involved with protecting, conserving, and learning about our shared home. Hosted on the Saturday closest to April 22nd, this event is held in a public space where dozens of community organizations, bands, local food vendors, and local presenters come together to have fun in the sun!
