Tsunami sauce was made to enhance the experience! The Tsunami sauce pleases the senses! Whether on steak, chicken or seafood. It offers a pleasant chili garlic aroma with a sweet spicy kick!
The chicken tsunami is first prepared by halving a chicken breast. On flat top use unsalted butter for taste and to give the outside of the chicken a golden color. Once the chicken has cooked all the way through, dice and add 1 table spoon of soy and then add the desired amount of tsunami. The sauce will begin to get sticky (don’t burn) remove from heat and serve with rice and veggies
